This policy covers keenoceanlabs.com, the company website of KEENOCEAN LLC ("we", "us"). Our products, Ideart AI and SongInside, each have their own privacy policy, published on their own websites. That policy, not this one, applies when you use a product.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no advertising and no analytics. We do not track you across pages or across other sites.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

If you email us

If you write to hello@keenoceanlabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your message with anyone, except where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time by emailing hello@keenoceanlabs.com. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
